Fabulous. I cut the recipe in half because I only had one muffin tin, used brown sugar, because I didn’t have white, and added extra fresh cranberries. The muffins were moist and not too sweet. Just perfect. Next time I might add the seeds from a few cardamom pods for fun.

Made the muffins today. I had to altered a bit, due to only had dried cranberries and mandarin oranges not navel. I also drizzled with an oranges glaze when cooled instead of the sugar topping. The muffins are devine. Was wondering how a lemon/blue berry would do with this recipe basics.
